All payments for business listing plans, advertising packages, and promotional spotlights must be made in advance. Hii Now reserves the right to suspend or remove a merchant listing if renewal payments or verification documents are not provided in a timely manner.
Listed businesses and vendors warrant that all business credentials, licenses, phone numbers, addresses, and product claims provided to Hii Now are truthful, accurate, and up to date. Hii Now reserves the right to terminate or reject any listing that engages in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal commercial activities.
Users interacting with our WhatsApp bot and business listings agree not to transmit any unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material, nor attempt to reverse-engineer our automated response systems.
To maintain service reliability, protect platform infrastructure, and optimize business discovery workflows, Hii Now deploys analytics and diagnostic utilities, including Google Analytics (gtag.js) and Microsoft Clarity. By using our website and digital tools, you consent to the collection and processing of aggregate session and telemetry data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Hii Now acts as an informational directory facilitating contact between consumers and independent merchants. We are not a direct party to commercial contracts, transactions, warranties, or disputes that arise between users and independent third-party vendors discovered through our platform.
